On 15th of August 2023 Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect to our country. The school was decorated with tricolor: - saffron, white and green balloons and flags welcomed the eyes of all to the function. The celebration started at 8:00 AM in the school open ground with large crowd of staff and students. To commemorate the sovereignty of our Nation, all the teaching and non teaching staff was present. The chief guest was Mrs. Neetaben Vala the in-charge of ‘District Sport’ department who unfurled the tricolor flag and all in unison sang the National Anthem and expressed the joy of our freedom.
All the winners of the different competition performed their programme .The students of Choir group in their melodious voices sang the Patriotic song- that awakened everyone’s feelings towards the Mother Land.
The chief guest advised the students to become ideal citizens of the country and emphasized that without one’s hard work and efforts nothing can be achieved in this life. So requested students to do hard work for the better future.
The program culminated with Vote of Thanks. Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect for our country and make it a better place for Indians to live and experience the freedom, peace and Unity in Diversity.
